This TheCapitalNet Inc Privacy Policy referred to as “TheCapitalNet” or “TCN” in this document, applies to all our websites henceforth refers to “websites” and applications including www.TheCapitalNet.com, www.TheBizPlanner.com, www.TheInvestorNet.com, www.TheIncubatorPro.com and our Subscription Services (the Subscription Services). This Privacy Policy supports the practices implied for usage, data collection, data processing, and data privacy. It also describes clients’ rights to have control over access to Personal and Business Information. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy the client consent to the data practices of TCN. 1.1 You may explore the TCN Websites on mobile phones, desktops, laptops, and other devices without providing any Personal and Business Information about yourself. When you visit the Websites or register for any of the Subscription Services, we request that you provide Personal and Business Information about yourself and your organization.
1.2 Our online Subscription Services allow you to create a business profile, and plans, store and analyze data, and manage electronic communications.
When you sign up for any of our Subscription Services, we collect standard customer information such as your name, email address, company name, address, logos, and photo.
Users of our Subscription Services can store any type of information in the services, but TheCapitalNet does not have access or share the data and does not know what type of data you or other users are storing. The data is only used by the account owner and users invited by the account owner as they intend to use it.
1.3 This refers to information about your computer and your visits to this website such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, duration of visit, and pages viewed. Please refer to clause 3 of the “Navigational Information” below.
1.4 Any information that is submitted by you voluntarily identifies you personally including contact information, such as your name, e-mail address, company name, address, phone number, and other information about yourself or your business. Personal and Business Information can also include information about any transactions, both paid and unpaid, that you enter on the TCN Websites, and information about you that is available on the internet, such as from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google, or public platforms from where the information is accessed from service providers.
In case your personal information is determined to be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate, you may access and update your information by logging into your TheCapitalNet product or service account. You may request a verification If the requested changes have not been completed and updated at compliance@thecapitalnet.com.
1.5 Our Websites and Subscription Services are strictly for Users above the age of 13 Years. The Websites and Subscription Services are not intended for or targeted at children under 13. If you believe that we have collected information about a child under 13 unknowingly or unintentionally please contact us at compliance@thecapitalnet.com, we will take necessary actions which may include deleting the information
1.6 The information related to your payment processes like credit card numbers and billing information will be collected and processed when you subscribe to any of our applications from or on our Websites, using third-party PCI-compliant service providers.

2.1 We use Navigational Information to operate and improve the Websites and the Subscription Services.

We may also obtain non-personally identifiable information (e.g., content viewed, advertising viewed, etc.) from your interaction with our integrated content.
Should you choose to integrate TheCapitalNet websites, products, and services with social media applications, you consent to the use of this information in accordance with our privacy policy. When you provide personal information to us through an integrated application, it may be publicly viewed by other members of these sites and TheCapitalNet cannot prevent further use of the information by independent third parties. 2.10 This Privacy Policy does not apply to Social Media Features, such as the Facebook “Like” button and Widgets, the “Tweet” button, or interactive mini-programs that run on our websites. Your interactions with the social media features and widgets are governed by third parties hence these features are governed by the privacy policy and other policies of the companies providing them.
2.11 This Privacy Policy does not apply to the Links of other websites provided on our website. We have no authority and control over such websites. We are not held responsible for, the content or practices of these other websites. Our provision of such links does not constitute our endorsement of these other websites, their content, their owners, or their practices. 2.12 Message boards, blogs, and community forums are publicly accessible. Any information disclosed by you through our Message boards, blogs, and community forums can be collected and used by others. Proper action will be taken on the bases of your request to correct or delete such information. Please refer to clause 4 below.
2.13 Personal and Business Information provided by you, can be retained till the time we have to stay connected with you for the purpose of providing Subscription Services or our other services, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Please refer to Clause 4 for “Unsubscribing and Opting out”.
2.14 To facilitate our global operations, we may transfer and access Personal and Business Information from around the world, including the United States. This Privacy Policy shall apply even if we transfer Personal and Business Information to other countries.
2.15 If we (or our assets) are acquired by another company, whether by merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or otherwise, that company would receive all information gathered by TheCapitalNet on the Websites and the Subscription Services. 3. Data capture and retention for third-party integrations
TheCapitalNet and its suite of applications including TheBizPlanner, TheIncubatorPro, and TheInvestorNet, enable the users for enhanced productivity allows the users to integrate various third-party owned and managed applications and tools including, but not limited to single sign-on, calendar, email, web conferencing applications, collaboration tools, etc.
TheCapitalNet applications in order to make these integrations function seamlessly, fetch basic information from the third-party applications that include name, email address, and phone number. Such information is neither stored nor retained by TheCapitalNet applications. However, for the period that the integrations are desired by the registered user, the access token received from the third-party provider is stored securely in our servers and is purged as soon as the user disconnects such integrations.
4. Navigational Information
4.1 TheCapitalNet and third parties who are the partners with TCN use cookies or similar technologies to operate correctly and /or to authenticate you, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, analyze trends, and gather geographical information about the user base.
“Cookies” helps to have a personalized online experience. A cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on the users’ computer by the users’ web browser while the user is browsing. Cookies are designed to be a reliable mechanism for websites to remember stateful information or to record the user’s browsing activity. For example, once you register for the Subscription Service, a cookie helps us to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. When you return to the same Website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the customized features.

TheCapitalNet keeps track of the Websites and pages you visit within the TheCapitalNet network of sites and services, in order to determine what portion of the Website or Subscription Service is the most popular or most used. This service will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain Personal and Business Information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign-up form. Such services may give you the option to post information about your activities on this Website to your profile page to share with others within your network.

4.5 The use of cookies by any third-party tracking Service Company is not covered by our Privacy Policy.

5.1 Upon request from you TheCapitalNet will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your Personal and Business Information. If you provide us with your Personal and Business Information, you have the following rights with respect to that information:

Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails, such as billing notifications, related to their account with us or the Subscription Services.
6. Changes and Questions
We periodically update this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be effective from the time of publication of the new Privacy Policy. We will notify you about significant changes by placing a prominent notice on our Websites and in our Subscription Services.
Your use of the Websites or Subscription Services after changes to this Privacy Policy have been implemented implicitly expresses your acknowledgment and acceptance of the new Privacy Policy. If the new Privacy Policy does not suit you, you must no longer use the Websites or Subscription Services.
