TheIncubatorPro is a directory and a set of guides and calculators. It is for information only. Nothing on it is financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and nothing on it is an offer of funding or a place on any programme.
Dates and terms can change
We build listings from programmes’ own pages and show the day we last verified each one, but programmes change their dates, terms and rules, sometimes without notice. We do not guarantee that any date, amount, term or rule shown here is current, complete or correct.
Before you apply, sign or plan around a deadline, confirm the details on the programme’s own site. If you find something wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
Not affiliated with any programme
TheIncubatorPro is an independent directory. We are not affiliated with any programme listed here, and we do not sell programme-management software. The name was previously used by a software product; this site has no connection to it.
Programme names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. We use names only to identify the programmes we describe, and their use does not imply endorsement in either direction.
Calculators
The calculators show the results of the figures you enter, under the assumptions each one states. They leave out things that can change a real result, such as option pools, other investors’ terms and tax. Have a qualified adviser check any decision that matters.
No liability for decisions
You use the site at your own risk. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything on it, including a missed deadline, a declined application or the terms of a deal you sign.
Links to other sites
We link to programmes’ own sites and to the sources we cite. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they say or how they handle your information.
Using our content
You may read, link to and quote short passages from this site with a link back to the page. Please do not copy listings or guides in bulk, or present them as your own.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
