Perks
  • Kickers Camps on business development and fundraising after each stage
  • Pitches to a jury of investors and industry experts at every stage
  • A Kickers' briefing day before the first jury

Three stages over about nine months; at each stage roughly half of the presenting teams are funded (eight projects pitch at each stage 1 session and five receive CHF 10,000). The stage 1 grant may only cover business development costs, not incorporation capital or founder salaries. A rejected project cannot present again.

What founders should check

  1. The programme does not publish how much equity it takes. Ask before you accept a place.
  2. It does not publish a fee. Ask whether you pay for desks, services or the programme itself.
  3. It does not say whether it runs in person or remotely. Ask before you plan a move.
  4. Applications are accepted at any time, so there is no deadline to plan around.
