Separate tracks for startups with at least 51% women ownership, SC/ST founders and tier-2/tier-3 regions
ELEVATE Minorities: minority-community founders holding at least 51% equity, entity no more than 10 years old
ELEVATE NxT: DeepTech startups at technology readiness levels 3 to 8, incorporated within the previous 20 years
ELEVATE NxT: no ELEVATE grant-in-aid received in the preceding three years
