Five-month programme; companies do not relocate. Two in-person events are mandatory: the Innovator Summit in Los Angeles in June 2027 and The MedTech Conference in San Francisco on 3 to 6 October 2027. The 2026 cohort had 65 companies.

What founders should check

  1. The programme does not publish how much equity it takes. Ask before you accept a place.
  2. There is a fee: US$15k participation fee, paid in cash (upfront or in two instalments) or through a US$50k SAFE signed before acceptance; some specialty tracks require the SAFE. Scholarships are available, and there is no application fee.
  3. It mixes remote and in-person sessions. Ask how much time on site it expects.
  4. Applications are open until 1 December 2026.
